Sherene Collins -Owner & Stylist

Bio: In 2009, Sherene will celebrate her 30th year as a Crofton hair stylist. She has seen styles come and go and has watched Crofton build up around her. Her years of experience and commitment to matching the best products and styles for her clients have created many lifelong customers. Sherene spent most of her career as a stylist in the Hair Experience before becoming the owner in 2006. the Hair Experience is like her home and her staff is like family. Sherene takes great pride in her beautiful salon and talented, professional staff.

“I collect amusing personalities,” Sherene says of her stylists. “Their banter is delightful. Customers leave more beautiful and feeling entertained.”

Born in Michigan, Sherene has spent most of her life in Maryland. Sherene has three beautiful, grown daughters who all contribute to the salon in a variety of ways. More than any other hobbies, Sherene values time spent with family.
