Haley Damico - Apprentice Stylist 

Haley is an Arundel High School graduate of 2010, and is starting her career in business administration and cosmetology.  She is eager to learn and ready to make it on her own.  Haley has wanted to be part of the beauty industry since she was seven years old and is so enthused to finally be there.  She is a student at Anne Arundel Community College studying to get her master’s in business management; she has one more year at AACC and plans to transfer to a local university.  In the salon Haley is focused and relaxed, she says “Having a positive attitude from the moment you start your day is key to having a successful and fun day behind your chair and with your clients”. She plans to be a color specialist because she says “color and dimension are like putting accessories with your outfit, they complete the hair style”.  Haley started as an apprentice at our salon in August 2010 training under Robbie Hastings who is a colorist and educator.  She plans to keep improving her skills and techniques.  Her ultimate goal is to get her full license in cosmetology and open her own salon with her mom, who has worked in the skincare and makeup industry for over 15 years.  Haley would like to franchise her salon and soon “be known”.
